1. DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY FOR SEKSME BOX SETS

Seksme Box Set deliveries

The delivery of your box set is fulfilled by Amazon via multi-channel fulfillment and are bound by their standard Terms and Conditions.

Returning an unwanted Seksme Box

Should you wish to return an unwanted box set, you must have an Amazon returns label. To receive your label, simply email us via the email address provided on your purchase receipt so that we could generate and send you one.

Your purchase is covered by a 30 days returns policy. All items will need to be sent back in their original sealed, unopened packaging in resalable condition.

Although your items will need to be in their sealed packaging, you will still be able to clearly check out their quality and also fully browse our Members’ Area and review our online relationship enhancement content to make sure that it is right for you.

Once Amazon received your returned box set, they will check that the items are in sealed and undamaged packaging. Once this has been confirmed, your refund will be immediately processed.
