Massy Arias – The Empowered and Empowering Trainer

If you don’t know Arias by name, you may recognize her from the covers of health magazines, in her new role as a CoverGirl, or as a brand ambassador for Target’s Champion C9 line. The bilingual personal trainer (who formerly went by Mankofit) used healthy lifestyle habits to recover from depression and physical limitations as a teenager. Since then she’s developed wildly popular challenge programs, lifestyle guides, and a coach network to offer up the same benefits to her followers and advocate for a holistic approach to health.
