    Dear Client,

    Rakuten Super Logistics will be performing a back-office system update this Thursday, 5/13 from 8 PM PST to 12:00 AM PST. Client Experience and SmartFill Portals will not be available during this time including manual order submissions.

    Please note that orders submitted directly through our APIs and other integration methods are NOT affected by this outage. Orders will continue to be received during this time.
