• Always repackage your box correctly according to our packing instructions
  
• Only remove the items you are currently using for your play and promptly replace them after use

• Do not attempt to repackage your unraveled rope into your box, always ensure that you correct rewrap your rope according to our Rope wrapping video
  
• Never attempt to store wet or damp items into your box without first ensuring that they are fully dry
  
• And finally, never overpack your box with additional items and attempt to force close it as this could potentially cause damage to the case locking mechanism
